Shipped the iOS and Android apps with React Native and Expo, implemented usage-based Stripe billing, and added chat with images and documents plus SMS/WhatsApp messaging via Twilio — all inside a Turborepo monorepo with Next.js on the web and NestJS/PostgreSQL behind it.
